Eligibility

Our Services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of forming legally binding contracts under applicable law. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Luxe Rejuvenate provides mobile IV therapy, injectable treatments, and wellness services. All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

The information provided on our website and through our Services is for general informational purposes only and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

Prior to receiving any medical services, you will be required to complete a medical history questionnaire and may be subject to a health assessment. Based on this information, our healthcare professionals may determine that certain services are not appropriate for you. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for medical safety reasons.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

You may book appointments for our services through our website, mobile app, or by contacting us directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to provide accurate information and to be available at the scheduled time.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff illness, inclement weather, or emergencies. We will make every effort to notify you promptly of any changes.

Payment Terms

By booking our services, you agree to pay all fees associated with the services you select. Prices for our services are subject to change without notice. We will provide you with the current pricing before you confirm your booking.

Payment is required at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, cash, and certain mobile payment methods. For certain promotions or package deals, payment may be required at the time of booking.

If you purchase a package or membership, specific terms and conditions may apply, including expiration dates and transferability restrictions. These will be provided to you at the time of purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for services at their face value. Gift cards are non-refundable but are transferable. Gift cards do not expire and have no fees. Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.

Intellectual Property Rights

Our website, mobile app, and all their contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, and code) are owned by Luxe Rejuvenate or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUXE REJUVENATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES;
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES;
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICES; OR
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Luxe Rejuvenate, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of Florida, in each case located in Tampa. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Changes to Terms of Service

We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the Services thereafter. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
